I am stoked about my husband's project "My Knees Hurt". It got some great press today thanks to YoBeat. 

We already had a pre-season show August 3rd.  It featured a Mic'd Up I cut with the new defensive coach, Dan Quinn.

The next show airs this Saturday at 10:30pm on Q13 FOX  and 9:30pm on JOEtv.  Richard Sherman will have a Mic'd Up segment!  This show is going to be different than the norm.  It will have more in-studio elements. We usually shoot most of our interviews at VMAC on Thursday but this Thursday is GAME DAY! GO Hawks!
